What a fun trip to Flagstaff we had in mid-June. It is sooo nice to have my brother, Adam, up there to visit so we can escape this horrible heat. He and Katelyn have a great house in the cool pines that we fit in very comfortably. Ella experienced hiking, camping, and fishing all in one trip - well at least our versions of them :) Here are some shots of the fun we had.
Uncle Adam bought Ella a Dora fishing pole and off they went....
We traveled about 20 miles to a crazy deer farm with lots of random animals...Ella was quite freaked out when all the deer came up to her and then she wanted to spend the rest of the time in the gift shop (like mother, like daughter)

They had some good bonding time.
We went on a "hike", well a long walk, and look who ended up on mommy's back...
This was really the only trail that we could bring the stroller on but it was still beautiful.
Ella had s'mores for the first time and loved them. This was her "camping" experience.
